Cancellation
In case of the cancelling the accommodation contract, the following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 14 days before arrival free cancellation, within 14 days 50% of the total cost of the stay,
within a week 80% of the subsistence costs. In all other respects the terms of the Austrian Hotel Convention apply.
If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
A deposit of 30 percent of the booking sum is due at any time after the booking is completed.
